Love story between two bestfriends
This is a real true love story between two bestfriend.
——————————–
Here I am all alone sitting inside the solace of my room. Thinking. Thinking about the things that happened. I don’t know how I was able to live all through out this years bearing this big hole in my heart. It all happened years ago, back when I was still in high school. Back to time when I first fell in love.
It was my freshmen year in high school and was very ecstatic with my high school life. Not wanting to welcome my high school life with a tardiness slip in my hand, I ran furiously through the halls when I suddenly bumped unto someone. I didn’t know that that little accident could blossom into a very fruitful relationship. The person I bumped unto is my best friend.
That’s basically how we first met. From then on, we started hanging around each other. We enjoyed each other’s company. We were always together. We were inseparable.

Some people said that I am a workaholic ( a Big NO!) for having two jobs. I enjoy my job and i think its the imporatnt part of it. Working as a youth advocate fulfill my want to serve others and teaching makes me really glad especially seeing your students learning and appreciating you.

Five days of work a week in the morning and six nights a week, it is not tiring but its wonderful and I feel very blessed.
We have a community blog on my work and my fellow teachers always inspire me with their life lessons and experiences. Let me share to you this one, I know this will surely inspire you, too…

A certain man planted a rose and watered it faithfully and before it blossomed, he examined it.He saw the bud that would soon blossom, but noticed thorns upon the stem and he thought, How can any beautiful flower come from a plant burdened with so many sharp thorns? Saddened by this thought, he neglected to water the rose, and just before it was ready to bloom…it died.
So it is with many people. Within every soul there is a rose. The God-like qualities planted in us at birth, grow amid the thorns of our faults. Many of us look at ourselves and see only the thorns, the defects. We despair, thinking that nothing good can possibly come from us. We neglect
to water the good within us, and eventually it dies. We never realize our potential. Some people do not see the rose within themselves; someone else must show it to them.
One of the greatest gifts a person can possess is to be able to reach past the thorns of another, and find the rose within them. This is one of the characteristic of love… to look at a person, know their true faults and accepting that person into your life… all the while recognizing the nobility in their soul. Help others to realizethey can overcome their faults. If we show them the Rose within themselves, they will conquer their thorns.Only then will they blossom many times over.

My fellow teachers post this in our community blog and i found it very inspiring… now this is for you to ponder upon
————————-
A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.
The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand: “TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE.” They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath.
The one, who had been slapped, got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After the friend recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone: “TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE.”
The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, “After I hurt you, you wrote inthe sand and now, you write on a stone, why?”
The other friend replied: “When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it.”
LEARN TO WRITE YOUR HURTS IN THE SAND, AND TO CARVE YOUR BENEFITS IN STONE.

Let me give you an inspiration, for the start of our year…
The annual marathon in my town usually occurs during a heat wave. My job was to follow behind the runners in an ambulance in case any of them needed medical attention. The
driver and I were in an air-conditioned ambulance behind approximately one hundred athletes waiting to hear the sharp crack of the starting gun.
“We’re supposed to stay behind the last runner, so take it slowly,” I said to the driver, Doug, as we began to creep forward.
“Let’s just hope the last runner is fast!” he laughed.
As they began to pace themselves, the front runners started to disappear. It was then that my eyes were drawn to the woman in blue silk running shorts and a baggy white T-shirt.
“Doug, look!”

Its 2008!!!!!!!!!! whooh!!!!!!
its a new year ahead of us!!!!
What is good about the dawn of a new year is that it gives us an incentive to ’start again’, to discard the bad habits of the previous year and to begin afresh.
New Year’s Resolutions is always on the topic during this times. As I watch the television, many people relate their own resolutions and wishes this year, some have the same one, like what they have and want last 2007.
“New year’s resolutions? Easy to make, easy to break?”
